Payment:

All payments will be completed through Paypal. 

Please note that you don't need to have a Paypal account to process your order, you are able to check out as a guest and use your debit/credit card. 

Items are handmade and sold out of Battle Creek, Michigan, so Michigan customers will be charged a 6% sales tax. 

Shipping: 

USPS Priority Shipping and USPS Priority Express Shipping are available as separate listings that can be purchased if wanted. Insurance is available for an additional cost, but is not included. Please use the contact tab found in the left menu to request these. 

I am not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, once the order has been shipped. 

Please, make sure your mailing address is correct before placing your order. I can't be hold responsible if you have given me wrong address.

Refunds:

All of my items are handmade custom for your order, so I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. However, if there is any concerns with your order, please contact me ASAP and we can work through any problems. My goal is to have happy customers and I do my best to maintain the highest quality of customer service.

WARNING/DISCLAIMER: 

All items are designed to be used solely as photography props. They are not designed nor are they intended for everyday use/wear. Do not leave infants unattended while using these products. They often contain small parts and long ties. They should only be used under supervision, preferably by a trained professional newborn/infant photography. 

Please keep in mind any potential allergies that the user of the items. My items are made for specialty fibers, including, but not limited to Alpaca, Angora, Mohair, Wool. Please refer to the descriptions that show the fiber content. 

Please be aware that I am NOT responsible for any injuries or reactions from using these products. Before purchasing, please refer to the content of each item and if you have questions about allergies, please contact me through the tab that can be found in the left menu before purchasing.
